Craig Leidel has managed hundreds of historic restoration projects of every size – from custom residential downspouts to national award-winning complete restorations. His hands on experience in the construction industry has not only informed his technical knowledge, but has also informed a very practical approach to the “human” side of how historic buildings are best cared for, dealing with committees, funding issues, district restrictions, design professionals and neighbors.  Craig currently serves as the General Manager of Grand River Builders, inc.
